The road bike cycling event Istrski Kolesarski Maraton has been organized yearly in Slovenia, region Coastal–Karst. The last edition of Istrski Kolesarski Maraton took place on Saturday 14 October 2023 and the next edition of the cyclosportive will take place on Saturday 12 October 2024 in Portorož, Coastal–Karst
