The gravel bike cycling event
Gravel Grit n Grind has been organized yearly since 2022 in Sweden, region Halland. The last edition of Gravel Grit n Grind took place on Friday 18 August 2023 and the
next edition of the gran fondo, race, stage race, time trial will take place on Friday 16 August 2024 in Halmstad, Halland as part of the circuit UCI Gravel World Series 2024.

Organizer: Gravel rides are not a new way to experience the beauty of cycling in Sweden. Our landscape and environmental values offer great opportunities for gravel rides that give you the particular feeling of freedom that you get on your bike. We have been out on our gravel roads for decades and finally, it´s possible to reveal these hidden treasures for the world.

16:th of August Gravel Time Trial, Halmstad
STAGE 2
17:th of August Trek 2024 UCI Gravel World Series, Halmstad
STAGE 3
18:th of August, Gravel Race, Simlångsdalen
The main event will be located at Wapnö Gård only a few kilometers from Halmstad. For you who have done Gravel Grit n Grind all stages, Wapnö gård is well known with the gravel time trial through the farm area. We are sure that we will design a challenging typical Swedish gravel course with start finish at Wapnö Gård. It´s gravel from kilometer 0.
Stage 1 will remain in the same format as previous years with the start at Slottsmöllan at the river Nissan in Halmstad.
We will not abandon beautiful Simlångsdalen and we move stage 3 back to Simlångsdalen. The course will have all the highlights from previous races in Simlångsdalen. Start and finish will be located in Mahult Bygdegård with a nice view over the lakes in Simlångsdalen.
