The road bike cycling event EuroBEC Granfondo has been organized yearly since 2022 in Spain, autonomous community Extremadura. The last edition of EuroBEC Granfondo took place on Sunday 17 March 2024 and the next edition of the gran fondo hasn’t been announced yet.

Organizer: The Eurobec Granfondo offers three different distances (Granfondo, Mediofondo and Minifondo) all starting and finishing in Badajoz, (Extremadura, Spain) en passing by the Portuguese towns of Elvas and Campo Maior.

The geography of the Alentejo region promises quite peculiar courses, different from what usually characterizes a Granfondo as steep climbs and high accumulations, will undoubtedly be a cross-border event that will revolutionize the Granfondos in Portugal.
