The mountain bike cycling event Val de Vie MTB Expedition has been organized yearly in South Africa, province Western Cape. The last edition of Val de Vie MTB Expedition took place on Friday 06 October 2023 and the next edition of the stage race will take place on Friday 04 October 2024 in Paarl, Western Cape

Organizer: The Val de Vie MTB Expedition is an extraordinary three stage mountain-bike event that links the sought-after trails in the Paarl-Franschhoek Valley into an epic 172km journey over the some of the best mountain-biking terrain in the country which encompasses 3850m ascent.
