The Hope 1000 Mountain-Bike nonstop has been organized yearly since 2015 in Switzerland, canton Thurgau. The last edition of The Hope 1000 Mountain-Bike nonstop took place on Saturday 17 June 2023 and the
next edition of the bikepacking, ultra will take place on Saturday 15 June 2024 in Romanshorn, Thurgau

Organizer: The HOPE-1000 is a completely new format of a mountain bike endurance test for Switzerland, needs no escort cars, no mechanics, no helpers, no barriers, no route marshals, no signposting and also no public bar.
The HOPE-1000 leads from Romanshorn on Lake Constance in the very east of Switzerland over exactly 1,000 km and a little over 31,000 metres in altitude to Montreux on Lake Geneva !
