The mountain bike cycling event Swartberg Xtreme MTB has been organized yearly in South Africa, province Western Cape. The last edition of Swartberg Xtreme MTB took place on Saturday 19 August 2023 and the next edition of the XCM marathon hasn’t been announced yet.

Organizer: The D4G Swartberg Extreme MTB day race is the most extreme single stage race in South Africa and will be the ultimate MTB Challenge to prepare you or your team for the Absa Cape Epic. 171km and 4870m of climbing, this is not for the novice rider!
