Seven Bends Adventure Race has been organized yearly in United States, state Virginia. The last edition of Seven Bends Adventure Race took place on Saturday 08 June 2024 and the
next edition of the multisport, orienteering, race will take place on Monday 14 July 2025 in Woodstock, Virginia as part of the circuit Virginia State Parks Adventure Series 2025.

Organizer: The Seven Bends Adventure Race is a 6 Hour adventure race with a great course for you to trek, bike, paddle, and navigate your way around and explore the Shenandoah Valley and Seven Bends State Park!
Race solo or form a team of endurance friends to tackle this challenging course. We will give you a map and some basic rules to follow. You will then set out on your adventure to get checkpoints by hiking, biking and paddling. The team with the most points in the allotted time will win! This endurance event will push you to your limits!
