The gravel bike cycling event Gravel Birds Ultracycling has been organized yearly since 2022 in Portugal, Distrito Beja. The last edition of Gravel Birds Ultracycling took place on Saturday 13 May 2023 and the next edition of the bikepacking, ultra will take place on Saturday 11 May 2024 in Castro Verde, Beja

Organizer: Gravel Birds Ultracycling is a bikepacking gravel adventure and self-supported ultra cycling challenge across Alentejo region in one-stage. Along the 75% off-road (set) route with approximately 750 kilometers and 7.500 meters of climbing, long-distance cyclists will face the Alentejo hills from the inland areas of the Guadiana Valley to the Atlantic coast.
