The road bike cycling event Alta Alpina Challenge has been organized yearly in United States, state California. The last edition of Alta Alpina Challenge took place on Saturday 24 June 2023 and the next edition of the cyclosportive, ride will take place on Saturday 22 June 2024 in Markleeville, California
