The gravel bike cycling event Allegheny Mountains Loop has been organized yearly in United States, state Virginia. The last edition of Allegheny Mountains Loop took place on Friday 26 April 2024 and the next edition of the bikepacking, ride, ultra will take place on Friday 25 April 2025 in Blacksburg, Virginia

Organizer: The Allegheny Mountains Loop is a 400 mile bicycle route created and mapped by the Adventure Cycling Association.

The Allegheny Mountains Loop Challenge is based on a simple idea ... Complete the 400-mile AML in a clock-wise direction pedaling north on the western half of the loop and southbound on the eastern half of the route as fast as possible.
