The road bike cycling event The Vermont Challenge - The Shires has been organized yearly in United States, state Vermont. The last edition of The Vermont Challenge - The Shires took place on Thursday 13 July 2023 and the next edition of the stage race will take place on Thursday 15 August 2024 in Stratton Mountain, Vermont

Organizer: The Shires tour is located in the southwest corner and in the Green Mountains of Vermont and is similar to our traditional Vermont Challenge. This tour will take place over 3 days, but it's now a relaxed tour allowing riders to enjoy our corner of Vermont at a casual pace. The tour includes all lunches and dinners.
