The gravel bike cycling event The Tanqua Kuru Bicycle Race has been organized yearly since 2021 in South Africa, province Northern Cape. The last edition of The Tanqua Kuru Bicycle Race took place on Saturday 24 May 2025 and the next edition of the stage race hasn’t been announced yet.

Organizer: The Tanqua Kuru Bicycle Race is a two-day gravel race.

The race has been specifically designed to test a modern gravel bicycle, however, our aim is to bring all people who love bicycles together. We want to be as inclusionary as possible, so we welcome any type of bicycle to take part.
