Raid VTT des Pénitents has been organized yearly since 2015 in Belgium, Wallonia. The last edition of Raid VTT des Pénitents took place on Sunday 19 May 2024 and the
next edition of the ride will take place on Sunday 18 May 2025 in Herbeumont, Wallonia

Organizer: The Raid des Pénitents is up to 150 km of pure happiness for real mountain bike enthusiasts. A 70 km long line that starts in the small typical Ardennes village of Gros-Fays (Bièvre) and ends in Herbeumont. In between, climbs that make your heart race, crazy descents, endless singles, sublime and, for some, very technical trail paths. Once in Herbeumont, you will have the possibility to prolong your pleasure on four loops totalling 80 km.
Belgium, flat country...? Not in our country anyway! With its 4500 meters of positive difference in altitude, the RdP is one of the most physical and technical mountain bike events in Belgium and its surroundings. But in our country, there are no stopwatches, no big tents and no exhibitors everywhere. And yes, the RdP is for bikers who love nature in all its wildness, forgotten paths, the smell of pine in the morning dew, and who don't hesitate to stop and admire the magnificent landscapes between the crests and the valleys of the Semois
