The mountain bike cycling event MTB Marathon La Siesta has been organized yearly in Costa Rica, provincia San José. The last edition of MTB Marathon La Siesta took place on Saturday 02 December 2023 and the next edition of the XCM marathon will take place on Saturday 23 November 2024 in Santa Ana, San José

Organizer: The one day challenge La Siesta is provides a sampling of the overall La Ruta stage race experience with 100km and 3,368 meters of elevation to conquer. Do not be fooled by the name, this course is arguably the most difficult terrain participants will experience with the most incredible views.
