Marathon Franja BTC City has been organized yearly since 1982 in Slovenia, region Central Slovenia. The last edition of Marathon Franja BTC City took place on Sunday 09 June 2024 and the
next edition of the cyclosportive, gran fondo, ride will take place on Saturday 14 June 2025 in Ljubljana, Central Slovenia as part of the circuit UCI Gran Fondo World Series 2025.

Organizer: The Marathon Franja BTC City is the most massive cycling event in Slovenia and is also one of the largest cycling events for recreational and amateur cyclists on a global scale.
Every year Marathon Franja BTC City attracts more than 10,000 spectators along the route, creating the atmosphere of the biggest races. People support the marathon numerously, even though there are no professionals on it.
