The mountain bike cycling event Lions Karoo to Coast Mountain Bike Challenge has been organized yearly since 2001 in South Africa, province Western Cape. The last edition of Lions Karoo to Coast Mountain Bike Challenge took place on Sunday 24 September 2023 and the next edition of the race, ride will take place on Sunday 22 September 2024 in Uniondale, Western Cape

Organizer: The Lions Karoo to Coast Mountain Bike Challenge is a 100km off road race from Uniondale to Knysna via the Prince Alfred's Pass. The route is scenic, challenging and riders are encouraged to train sufficiently for this event in order to maximise the enjoyment of the experience.
