The road bike cycling event Iron Horse Bicycle Classic has been organized yearly since 1973 in United States, state Colorado. The last edition of Iron Horse Bicycle Classic took place on Saturday 27 May 2023 and the next edition of the cyclosportive will take place on Saturday 25 May 2024 in Durango, Colorado

Organizer: Iron Horse Bicycle Classic is one of Colorado's oldest cycling traditions: a plethora of biking activities held over Memorial Day Weekend each year, including a road race to Silverton!

The pure essence of the Iron Horse Bicycle Classic is the Coca-Cola Road Race, the event that started it all. Forty-seven miles point to point. Two mountain passes higher than 10,000 feet. Monster descents.
