The gravel bike cycling event Gravel and Tar Classic has been organized yearly since 2016 in New Zealand, region Manawatu-Wanganui. The last edition of Gravel and Tar Classic took place on Saturday 18 January 2025 and the next edition of the race will take place on Saturday 17 January 2026 in Feilding, Manawatu-Wanganui
