Gran Fondo Madeira Island has been organized yearly since 2020 in Portugal, Região Autónoma Madeira. The last edition of Gran Fondo Madeira Island took place on Sunday 26 May 2024 and the
next edition of the gran fondo will take place on Sunday 25 May 2025 in São Vicente, Madeira as part of the circuit Gran Fondo World Tour 2025.

Organizer: The Granfondo Madeira Island is a non-competitive sporting event, organized by Club Sport MarÃtimo, in accordance with the regulations of the Portuguese Cycling Federation and the present regulations.
This non-competitive sporting event will be a leisure event of touristic, cultural and social interest that will ride along most of the North (São Vicente, Porto Moniz) and West (Calheta and Ponta do Sol) coasts of Madeira. It will start and end in the Municipality of São Vicente and will pass through the highest plateau in Madeira Island, Paul da Serra, at an altitude of 1580 meters. All participants will be challenged by the steep climbs and blessed with beautiful scenery by the sea and by the mountains.
