The road bike cycling event Fischbrötchen-Brevet has been organized yearly since 2010 in Germany, Land Schleswig-Holstein. The last edition of Fischbrötchen-Brevet took place on Saturday 29 March 2025 and the next edition of the cyclosportive, ride will take place on Saturday 28 March 2026 in Nortorf bei Neumünster, Schleswig-Holstein

Organizer: Another event that has become a tradition in Nortorf is our Fischbrötchen-Brevet, which always takes place at the end of March / beginning of April. A brevet is a cycling marathon that is ridden according to the track. It goes from the centre of the country to the coast. To Husum, to Kiel, to Schönberg, to Grömitz, to Travemünde, to Hamburg, to Glückstadt, to Büsum, to Husum, to Kiel, to ... to eat fish sandwiches!
