The mountain bike cycling event Fedhealth MTB Challenge has been organized yearly since 2015 in South Africa, province Western Cape. The last edition of Fedhealth MTB Challenge took place on Saturday 09 September 2023 and the next edition of the XCM marathon will take place on Saturday 07 September 2024 in Stellenbosch, Western Cape
