The road bike cycling event Bike Around the Island has been organized yearly in United States, state Texas. The last edition of Bike Around the Island took place on Saturday 22 October 2022 and the next edition of the cyclosportive hasn’t been announced yet.

Organizer: Bike Around the Island is a separate (from Bike Around the Bay) one-day ride on Galveston Island that starts at Moody Gardens and will take place on the Saturday of Bike Around the Bay weekend
