Organizer:
The Strade Bianche Flevoland first takes participants to the Zuigerplasbos. A park-like landscape surrounds the lake from which the forest takes its name: an alternation of lawns, trees and bushes. After the Zuigerplasbos, participants drive to the Overijsselse Hout. Via the unpaved path along the Lage Vaart, the route takes participants through the Gelderse Hout to Natuurpark Lelystad. In Natuurpark Lelystad, special animals live in a natural environment. Participants can easily come face to face with a European bison, wild boar or red deer. After Natuurpark Lelystad, participants go to the Larserbos. The Larserbos is a village forest without a village. The village of Larsen was once planned in Eastern Flevoland, but it never came to be. However, the similarly named and varied forest did.
After the Larserbos, participants drive to the Knarbos. The varied Knarbos is characterised by a great diversity of tree species. After the Knarbos and the Knardijk comes the Hollandse Hout. Via this nature reserve, the route heads to the finish.
