Holyland MTB Challenge is a mountain bike cycling event category bikepacking in Israel, Mehoz HaTzafon and was organized for the first time in 2014. The edition Holyland MTB Challenge 2025 will take place on Thursday 09 October 2025 with departure in Majdal Shams, Mehoz HaTzafon.

Holyland MTB Challenge is offering 3 routes (1400, 750, 750 km) for mountain bike

Organizer: Holyland Bikepacking MTB Challenge is the first self-supported mountain bike race from the north to the south of Israel across the historical landscapes of the Holy Land.

Bring your bike and gear and ride, self-supported, as fast as you can to the Red Sea.

Starting with 2023, the HLC challenge will be available in 3 options;
1. HLC1400 – Full length ending in Eilat
2. HLC750-NORTH – Half length ending in Jerusalem
3. HLC750-SOUTH – Half length starting in Jerusalem
