RAB ISLAND HERO MTB Marathon is een mountainbike evenement categorie XCM marathon in Kroatië, provincie Primorje-Gorski Kotar beperkt tot 400 deelnemers en werd voor de eerste keer georganiseerd in 2021. De editie RAB ISLAND HERO MTB Marathon 2024 maakt deel uit van het circuit
Husqvarna Adria Bike Series en vindt plaats op zaterdag 04 mei 2024 met startplaats in Rab, Primorje-Gorski Kotar.

Rab Island – a small pearl for mountain biking. Once you try it, you always come back. That’s why, for the fourth year in a row, it is our inevitable destination at the beginning of the season. Rab Island Hero – May 4th, 2024.
What you will not find on Strava and similar services, what you will not find in any tourist brochure, you will get in this race. Rab Island at its best.
Once again we have left the designing, tracing and marking of the courses to those who know the best what the island has to offer and joined our forces with BK Mag, local club from the Rab Island, who brings you the Rab Island in its best edition.
And what awaits the competitors? Hard stone surface, sandy parts, stone crags without vegetation, deep Mediterranean coniferous forests, fun singles and fast “gravel” sections… So much diversity in a very small area!
Rab Island is accessible, with mild Mediterranean climate and attractive single-trails network that stretches all over the island. The cyclists are required to be adaptable and have a smart bike set-up, while the trail itself offers incredible panoramic sceneries and views of Velebit mountain, neighboring islands & islets and the crystal blue sea, as far as the eye can see.
