Organizador: The Flat 100 Sportive is perfect for riders of all abilities from an absolute beginner who has never taken part in a cycling event through to regular cyclists who always look to come back every year and match or improve their ride times from previous years! If you are taking on the Flat 100 as an absolute beginner, we’d like to let you know that you don’t need a particular bike, special clothing or anything to take part, just a desire to challenge yourself in a safe environment – all of the routes are fully signed, there’s a food stop half way round with everything you could need included, an emergency contact number if you need any mechanical help and other riders around should you need advice or someone to ride with. Many people use the Flat 100 as their first cycling event and do it as a sponsored bike ride for one of the local charities. Booking something early gives you an aim for the year ahead!
