Organizer: We're proud to announce for the newly created Trans Am Bike Nonstop Check Point Edition celebrating the 11th anniversary of Ride Yr Bike events! A hybrid version of the paved Trans Am Bike Race and mixed terrain Bike Nonstop US. Featuring a mass start June 1st, 2025 in Astoria, Oregon, riders have a myriad of options to choose for their nonstop route across the US. Ultimately riders will head toward their destination in the classic Trans America finish of Yorktown, Oregon or the modern Bike Nonstop US finish in Washington D.C.
Riders still ride the classic Trans Am Bike Race, the longest self supported endurance road race in the United States but we ask all riders to consider why the event director has changed the format before doggedly pursuing a race on roads that are heavily trafficked.
