Organizer: Platja d'Aro will host the new event, this time with a 2-stage race with UCI XCO points, a UCI C3 category race.

It will be the first of the three VolCAT 2022 events. It will take place in an incomparable setting for the practice of MTB, with Mediterranean forest in a town known for its involvement in the sport as Platja d'Aro on the Costa Brava of Girona.

Two stages in Cross Country format with start and finish in Platja d'Aro, with an exceptional paddock area, in the heart of the city, with all the services for riders and companions.
