Tankwa Trek is a mountain bike cycling event category stage race in South Africa, province Western Cape limited to 500 participants and was organized for the first time in 2013. The edition Tankwa Trek 2025 will take place on Thursday 06 February 2025 with departure in Ceres, distrik Kaapse Wynlande, Western Cape.

The iconic four-stage race presents breathtaking trails through the Bokkeveld and winding routes in the Witzenburg area, this race features some of the most unique scenery South Africa has to offer. This region renowned for its unforgiving summers and harsh winters, routes through rocky outcrops and climbs steeper than the imagination can fathom! Some trails are hand-built and smoothly sculpted, while others rough and loose – but all reward the adventurous at heart.
