Simpson Retro 2025 is a road bike cycling event category retro race, ride in United Kingdom, region East Midlands limited to 500 participants and was organized for the first time in 2020. The edition Simpson Retro 2025 will take place on Sunday 14 September 2025 with departure in Harworth, County Nottinghamshire, East Midlands.

Simpson Retro is offering 2 routes (84, 60 km) for road bike

Organizer: The Simpson Retro celebrates Tom’s life and legacy with the beauty of pre 1995 classic racing bikes.

The weekend is organised by Cycling Legends Media and starts and finishes in Harworth, the north Nottinghamshire village Tom grew up in. The recreation pavilion nearby houses a permanent display of Simpson memorabilia.

Cyclist’s market, retro bikes and memorabilia displays, talks and presentations. On-stage chats with famous pro racers past and present, plus an incredible bike ride in lovely countryside with ‘best in show’ prizes at the end. A joyful weekend celebrating friendship, beautiful bikes and the life of a champion.
