Ötztaler Radmarathon is a road bike cycling event category gran fondo in Austria, state Tyrol limited to 4000 participants and was organized for the first time in 1982. The edition Ötztaler Radmarathon 2022 took place on Sunday 28 August 2022 with departure in Sölden, Bezirk Imst, Tyrol.

The Ötztaler myth. Every year, around 4,000 racing cyclists have a dream: to finish the most demanding cycling marathon in the Alps. The circuit leads on 238 kilometers from Sölden over 4 alpine passes (Kühtaisattel, Brenner-, Jaufenpass and Timmelsjoch) to South Tyrol and back again. The participants master an unbelievable 5,500 meters of altitude, the fastest among them reach the finish line in a record time of just over seven hours. Do you also have this dream?
