El Reto del Quetzal 2023 was mountain bike cycling event category stage race in Guatemala, departamento Sololá. The edition El Reto del Quetzal 2023 took place on Wednesday 01 March 2023 with departure in Panajachel, Sololá.

El Reto del Quetzal is offering 4 routes (95, 30, 20, 17 km) for mountain bike

Organizer: El Reto del Quetzal is an endurance cycling race where each athlete will put all their skills to the maximum. It is run in teams of two or individually, each team or participant must pass through each PC (checkpoint) together and within the stipulated time limit, otherwise the team will be eliminated from the official ranking, although they can continue in the race but will not appear in the official list.

The race will start in Panajachel and end three days later in Antigua Guatemala, there are four stages in which the times of each one will be accumulated to get a final result.
