Chianti Down Country 2025 is a e-bike, gravel bike, mountain bike cycling event category cyclosportive in Italy, region Tuscany limited to 350 participants and was organized for the first time in 2022. The edition Chianti Down Country 2025 will take place on Sunday 18 May 2025 with departure in Greve in Chianti, città metropolitana Firenze, Tuscany.

We have created 4 circular routes that you can choose based on your abilities and bike:
Route Hell-INFERNO (Long distance) – km 72 – HM 2200 mt - Represent the pure spirit of the Infernal Adventure in Chianti DiVino. To tackle this route you must be particularly trainined even if you will be riding an E-Bike and ready to tackle technical and demanding sections... You well be rewarded by the beauty of the route and the refreshments you will find along the way.
Route Purgatory - PURGATORIO (Medium) - km 48 – HM 1500 mt - It is a supe fun route that requires good training and excellent MTB and E-Bike riding skills. It is suitable for all those who want to experience the emotions that Chianti can offer among a mix of panorama , villages and beautiful path but who do not feel to ryde their adventure for too many hours.
Route GREVEL Long – km 71 – HM 2000 mt - Suitable for Gravel bike - MTB and E-Bike, especially for all those who love to ride for many hours and who want to enjoy the day among dirt roads, hills and the villages of Chianti Classico... you will find single track that will test your driving skills. To cycle on this route it will be necessary to have a GPS instrument as the route after the Grevel Medio crossroad will NOT be market , except at the main juncions.
Route GREVEL PARADISO MEDIUM – km 40 – HM 1000 mt - Suitable for Gravel bike - MTB and E-Bike, ideal for those who are not used to cycling long distances, but want to enjoy a day among dirt roads, hills and the villages of the Chianti Classico... you will have the opportunity to visit MONTEFIORALLE... one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
