Spanning 835 miles and featuring an astounding 22,000 meters of ascent, this route is designed to test your endurance, skill, and determination.

This epic journey will take you through the seven magnificent cities of Wales in a clockwise direction starting with Newport then onto Cardiff, Swansea, St Davids, Bangor, St Asaph, Wrexham and back to the host venue in Rogerstone, Newport.
