The Big River Gravel Series is a series of gravel events in the states of Iowa and Illinois spread out over the season, each offering 2 competitions: the Mississippi River (long distance gravel races) or the Rock River (short distance gravel races). The core values of Big River Gravel: gravel events should be inclusive for all and treated as the grassroots of cycling, a way for varying fitness levels to come together, suffer on the same course, and most of all, challenge themselves while growing mentally and physically stronger through the process.
