6G2 Gravel Ride is a gravel bike cycling event category ride in United States, state Georgia limited to 400 participants and was organized for the first time in 2023. The edition 6G2 Gravel Ride 2025 will take place on Sunday 27 April 2025 with departure in Dahlonega, County Lumpkin, Georgia.

6G2/9, brings you 80 miles and 80% Gravel. The 9,000 feet of climbing is just the type of challenge that is worth completing. You will absolutely earn some of that post ride refreshment!
You will find the rhythm of the mountains as you roll along, the nice hard pack, fast double track and even a creek crossing awaits. We are throwing the best Georgia has to offer, all while providing you with stocked rest stops and SAG support.

7000
The 6G2/7 provides an intermediate experience. A 60-mile, 7000-foot climb, 90% Gravel journey through the North Georgia Mountains. Don’t worry we made sure you didn’t miss out on grades of 15% and the fun of a 12% descent.
Riding along the heart of the Blue Ridge Wilderness you will enjoy the ups and downs only these mountains can bring. From the fish hatchery to Suches and beyond the roads traveled will give you no shortage of material for post ride tales.

4000
The 4000 feet of climbing in 30 miles of 6G2/4 lets you explore all the incredible challenges Gravel Riding has to offer.
You will get many of the same experiences as the other courses but is a smaller sample size. Whether you are a first-timer or just Gravel curious we highly recommend 6G2/4. You will still get rest stops and Sag support. And to top it off you have a great shot at being the first ones back for the food and beer.
Dahlonega’s best-kept secret The Overhang and ice-cold Three Rangers will be just as refreshing after 30 miles as it is after 10,000, the biggest difference is you will have more energy left to enjoy it.
